I'm a self taught artist based in the beautiful county of Yorkshire. I love painting landscapes, mixing fantasy work with inspiration from the spectacular surroundings Yorkshire has to offer.

I use mainly oil paints in my artwork, I love the flexibility and depth of colour they provide. I like the glossier feel and look of oils over other mediums, oils are my preferred choice as an artist.

I love to get myself off walking in the local countryside. I'm incredibly lucky to live near to some fantastic scenery. This, and my children, give me more than enough inspiration for my artwork
